Your first appointment with Dr Philip Kelly or Dr Martin Whyte - LondonSwissMedical at The Guthrie Clinic at King's College Hospital Denmark Hill, London SE5, The HCA Shard at London Bridge Hospital, London SE1, or at 25 Harley Street, London W1G - to consider your metabolic health. This may be focussed on questions around the diagnosis and management of diabetes, including pre-diabetes, associated complication of diabetes and/or cardiovascular risk factor management. This may include the merits of specific diabetes therapies, such as metformin, sulfonylureas, pioglitazone, DPP-IV inhibitors, SGLT-2 inhibitors, GLP-1 agonists including semaglutide, insulin and insulin analogues. Some patients may need investigation of why there has been weight gain, and/ or a failure to lose weight, to consider specific management, particularly new agents for obesity, such as orlistat, exenative (Saxenda) and/or advice and preparation for weight reducing surgery. For specific management of continuous sub-cutaneous insulin infusions please email or call first and we will consider who is best in the team to see you and where.

Cancelation Policy

For cancellations please email at least a day in advance. To rebook please contact us at least twelve hours in advance. Cancellations less than a day before the appointment, rebooking less than twelve hours before the appointment, or failing to attend the appointment may all incur a 50% charge.
